About Me
I have always loved candles but did not like the soot produced as a bi-product of paraffin wax. In 2008, I decided to make my own natural soy candles and have been making them on a small scale ever since. My candles are only made from October-December and I sell at local craft fairs. They are over scented and burn clean, made of 100% soy wax with lead free wicks. They are hand poured in small batches into 4, 8 and 16 ounce tins. |

About Me
We have owned our farm in Lyndeborough, NH since 2001. We raise Huacaya and Suri alpacas that are a source of the most gorgeous fleece you will ever see. Once a year we shear in May and then the fleece gets turned into an incredible soft yarn that we hand dye using natural dyes as well as acid-based dyes to turn this soft fluff into incredible colors. Some of the yarn is handspun and some is made into batts for spinning. All of our yarns come only from the blanket of the alpaca, the softest, finest part of the fleece. We take the "seconds" to make batts for comforters, which we do as custom orders. The handspun or machine spun yarn, natural and hand-dyed, is available for you to see on our website at www.purgatoryfallsalpaca.com. Look for the "Yarn Store" tab. There you will find a selection of the goods we hope to be selling at the market this summer.
