Saturday July 22, 2017 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Donna Miller, of Petals in the Pines, will discuss pollinators including the monarch butterfly. You'll learn about the life-cycle of the monarch, their amazing migration, the reason for their decline and what we can do about it. She will also show how monarchs are tagged for research and explain how to start your own milkweed patch and butterfly habitat.

Don't pass up the opportunity to purchase one of Donna's beautiful handmade leaf stone bird baths and silk scarves. Her durable Bird Baths, Planters and Lazy Susans are created by casting large leaves in a special cement.  Her Garden and Nature themed hand stamped and hand dyed silk scarves can be worn around your neck or accent your favorite garden hat!  Also available will be her Swedish Almond Cake - It's simply delicious!!
